A GLIMPSE OF OUR SPACE

Slow-Cooked Dal Makhani – Patience Makes the Difference

The true character of Dal Makhani comes from slow cooking. Black lentils and kidney beans are cooked until tender, allowing their natural texture to become smooth and creamy. Butter, cream, tomatoes, and aromatic spices contribute depth and richness to the preparation.

Slow cooking gives the flavours time to develop instead of relying only on strong spices. The result is a well-rounded dish with a luxurious texture, gentle spice, and a lingering finish.

At Walk In The Woods Restaurant, we believe that great North Indian food is about more than simply combining ingredients. It is about giving classic recipes the attention they deserve.

If you appreciate slow-cooked Dal Makhani in Ghaziabad, this traditional favourite deserves a place on your dining table.
